Position Details:

- Status: Full-Time | Primarily Field-Based
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a Project Manager in the building automation or controls industry
- Technically proficient in BAS system architecture, installation, and commissioning
- Comfortable managing job scopes, budgets, and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Experienced in site management, vendor coordination, and equipment procurement
- Strong documentation and RFI/close-out process knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of multiple building automation projects in the field
- Manage project scope, scheduling, labor coordination, and field supervision
- Order equipment and materials, process change orders, and track delivery timelines
- Conduct frequent site visits to ensure project progress and quality
- Develop submittals, RFIs, and close-out documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for project planning and execution reviews
- Ensure adherence to project contracts and technical scope requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $100,000 (Hourly, Based on Experience)
