Position Overview:

- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (Flexible based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing HVAC controls and BAS projects
- Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to understand project scopes and timelines
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy
- Participate in job site walks and field visits
- Track project progress, materials, labor, and manage documentation
- Attend project meetings and coordinate across teams and external partners
- Leverage software tools like Procore to support project execution
