Position Overview:

• Title: Controls Project Manager

• Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (Flexible based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing HVAC controls and BAS projects
• Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to understand project scopes and timelines
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy
• Participate in job site walks and field visits
• Track project progress, materials, labor, and manage documentation
• Attend project meetings and coordinate across teams and external partners
• Leverage software tools like Procore to support project execution
