Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for the BAS/BMS field service team
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to resolve service requests
• Schedule and assign service technicians based on job needs and skill sets
• Track service calls and maintain accurate dispatch records
• Act as escalation point for complex service issues
• Hire, train, and mentor field technicians to support service team growth
• Implement standard operating procedures to improve service efficiency
• Support system startup, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems
• Troubleshoot field controller and network-level issues
• Update wire sheet logic and modify system programming as needed
• Document commissioning processes and validate sequence logic
• Deliver end-user training for BAS systems
