Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for the BAS/BMS field service team
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to resolve service requests
- Schedule and assign service technicians based on job needs and skill sets
- Track service calls and maintain accurate dispatch records
- Act as escalation point for complex service issues
- Hire, train, and mentor field technicians to support service team growth
- Implement standard operating procedures to improve service efficiency
- Support system startup, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems
- Troubleshoot field controller and network-level issues
- Update wire sheet logic and modify system programming as needed
- Document commissioning processes and validate sequence logic
- Deliver end-user training for BAS systems
