Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the BAS field service team
• Coordinate service response with clients and project managers
• Assign the best-suited technicians to service tasks
• Track and log service calls, dispatch activities, and team performance
• Act as the main point of contact for escalated service issues
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new field service technicians
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency
• Support BMS system startups, testing, and commissioning
• Diagnose and troubleshoot controller and network-level issues
• Update and maintain system programming and wire sheet logic
• Document commissioning processes and sequence validations
• Train customers on building automation system operation and maintenance
