Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the BAS field service team
- Coordinate service response with clients and project managers
- Assign the best-suited technicians to service tasks
- Track and log service calls, dispatch activities, and team performance
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated service issues
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new field service technicians
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency
- Support BMS system startups, testing, and commissioning
- Diagnose and troubleshoot controller and network-level issues
- Update and maintain system programming and wire sheet logic
- Document commissioning processes and sequence validations
- Train customers on building automation system operation and maintenance
