BAS Controls Technician – $85K–$110K + 10% Bonus – Lithia Springs, GA (Stationary Data Center Site)

An established HVAC, Controls, and Data Center Solutions provider is seeking a skilled BAS Controls Technician to join their team at a stationary data center site in Lithia Springs, GA. This is a full-time, on-site position with minimal travel unless project demands shift locally.

Position Details:
- Title: BAS Controls Technician
- Location: Lithia Springs, GA (Data Center Site)
- Travel: Minimal – occasional travel possible to sites in Ashburn VA, Atlanta GA, New York NY, Minneapolis MN, Denver CO, San Diego CA if local work shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers and rewrite control sequences
- Service both open and proprietary BAS/BMS systems
- Perform point-to-point device checkout and system verification
- Integrate Modbus, TCP/IP, and BACnet communication protocols
- Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and low voltage control panels
- Build and wire panels and field components accurately
- Terminate and label low voltage cabling
- Calibrate system sensors and actuators for operational accuracy
- Log daily commissioning activities and test results
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (Based on Experience)
- Bonus: 10% Annual Bonus
