Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers; rewrite control sequences as needed
• Service a wide range of building control systems, both open and proprietary
• Perform point-to-point device checkout, system verification, and issue resolution
• Integrate with common protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, and BACnet
• Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and associated control panels
• Build, wire, and terminate low-voltage control systems
• Label all cabling according to specifications
• Calibrate and test sensors, actuators, and end devices
• Document and log daily test and commissioning results accurately
