Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers; rewrite control sequences as needed
- Service a wide range of building control systems, both open and proprietary
- Perform point-to-point device checkout, system verification, and issue resolution
- Integrate with common protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, and BACnet
- Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and associated control panels
- Build, wire, and terminate low-voltage control systems
- Label all cabling according to specifications
- Calibrate and test sensors, actuators, and end devices
- Document and log daily test and commissioning results accurately
