A leading Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Controls Construction Manager in Boston, MA. This role is responsible for overseeing BAS construction and retrofit projects across mission-critical and commercial environments. • Title: BAS Controls Construction Manager
• Location: Boston, MA
• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead BAS retrofit and integration projects in mission-critical facilities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safe construction practices and compliance with codes and standards.
• Oversee building management systems, HVAC, and facility upgrades.
• Review drawings, schematics, and technical construction documents.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve construction challenges.
• Deliver projects on time and in line with client requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing BAS construction or integration projects.
• Technical knowledge of building automation and HVAC systems.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multi-trade teams.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects is a plus.
