This role is responsible for managing BAS construction and retrofit projects across mission-critical and commercial facilities. • Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead BAS retrofit and integration projects in mission-critical environments.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safe construction practices and compliance with codes and standards.
• Oversee building automation, HVAC, and facility system upgrades.
• Review drawings, schematics, and technical construction documents.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve construction-related challenges.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining client quality standards.
