Job Details

• Position: Healthcare Foreman
• Location: Los Angeles & Orange County, with some out-of-state travel

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation of CCTV, Access Control, security, and nurse call systems in healthcare facilities
• Review drawings and project plans to determine the most effective installation methods
• Serve as the on-site lead, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients
• Perform advanced system programming and troubleshoot security systems as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all project documentation
• Manage field personnel, job site safety, and technical training for team members
• Track and resolve service tickets efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date vaccinations and immunizations required for healthcare job sites

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar foreman role within security or life safety systems
• Extensive knowledge of security system installation (CCTV, access control, alarms)
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage field crews and client relations
• Flexibility to travel frequently throughout Southern CA and occasionally out of state
• Commitment to healthcare compliance, including required vaccinations and screenings
