• Status: Full-Time / Project-Based Travel

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC equipment installation and maintenance
• Niagara AX or N4 Certification – required
• Controls programming of BACnet systems – required
• Hands-on experience with HVAC system commissioning and start-up
• Capable of delivering projects on time and with high customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, start up, and commission control systems
• Review and close out ongoing projects and documentation
• Attend weekly production meetings and deliver status updates
• Assist in job planning, scheduling, and execution
• Manage project documentation including submittals and O&M manuals
• Coordinate subcontractor activity and communicate project objectives
• Address urgent issues and resolve problems through clear communication
• Monitor job costs and projections monthly
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and project delivery policies

Offered Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $32–$36/hr (Depending on Experience – higher for top candidates)
