Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $42.00/hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems
- Troubleshoot and complete small installations and programming assignments
- Plan daily schedules, analyze work orders, and perform system tests
- Resolve complex system issues efficiently
- Enter billable hours and parts into CRM software accurately
- Provide timely documentation and communicate technical issues to customers
- Assist with client training when needed
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in service technician roles
- Expertise in fire alarm systems, access control, and nurse call systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
