• Status: Full-Time | Field-Based

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $42.00/hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems
• Troubleshoot and complete small installations and programming assignments
• Plan daily schedules, analyze work orders, and perform system tests
• Resolve complex system issues efficiently
• Enter billable hours and parts into CRM software accurately
• Provide timely documentation and communicate technical issues to customers
• Assist with client training when needed

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in service technician roles
• Expertise in fire alarm systems, access control, and nurse call systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
