Position Details:

• Title: Fire Service Technician II
• Location: Greater Los Angeles & Ventura County, CA
• Status: Full-Time | Field-Based

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $42.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and service of fire alarm systems and associated devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions and complex technical issues
• Program and configure fire alarm systems (Edwards EST3 experience highly preferred)
• Set up new monitoring accounts and complete small-scale installations
• Plan daily travel schedule based on service tickets and customer needs
• Enter billable time and materials into CRM accurately and on time
• Provide timely documentation, job completion details, and customer communication
• Support client training efforts related to new or repaired systems

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience as a Fire Alarm Service Technician or in a similar technical role
• Experience with programming and maintaining fire life safety systems
• Strong knowledge of Edwards EST3, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, or similar systems
• Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving complex fire alarm issues
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
