This role involves field-based maintenance, repair, and programming for fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems. Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $42.00/hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems
• Troubleshoot and complete small installations and programming tasks
• Plan daily schedules, analyze work orders, and conduct system tests
• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues in the field
• Accurately document billable hours and parts in the CRM system
• Complete job-related paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide technical support
• Assist clients with system training as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in a Service Technician or similar role
• Expertise in fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and documentation skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license required
