Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $42.00/hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems
- Troubleshoot and complete small installations and programming tasks
- Plan daily schedules, analyze work orders, and conduct system tests
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues in the field
- Accurately document billable hours and parts in the CRM system
- Complete job-related paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide technical support
- Assist clients with system training as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in a Service Technician or similar role
- Expertise in fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems
- Strong troubleshooting, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license required
