Position:

• Title: Building Controls Service Specialist
• Location: Minneapolis, MN (onsite)
• Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | W2

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for controls-based service tickets and work orders
• Analyze and troubleshoot BAS issues, ensuring they align with scope, specs, and customer needs
• Coordinate labor partners (electricians/lighting techs) for warranty and service work
• Manage the full lifecycle of work orders: setup, material ordering, tracking, and invoicing
• Deliver on small scope projects using CRM tools to ensure timely resolution
• Support remote on-call service as part of a scheduled rotation
• Ensure best-in-class customer service and maintain excellent client relationships

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a Controls Service Specialist, Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong understanding of Tridium Niagara systems and controls programming
• Field experience with building management systems (BMS/BAS) preferred
• Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving service issues and meeting customer needs
• Ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently using digital tools
