Low Voltage Technician – West Chester, PA

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician to join a growing team specializing in critical environments such as healthcare, industrial, and data center facilities. This position is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and eager to grow with a company that puts service first.

You'll join a skilled group of technicians who take pride in doing things the “RIGHT WAY,” supporting HVAC, BAS, and critical power systems across the region.

Position Details:

• Title: Low Voltage Technician
• Location: Based in West Chester, PA (territory includes NJ, PA, MD)
• Status: Temp to Hire | Full-Time
• Travel: Within 2 hours from home office

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of relevant low-voltage or electrician experience
• Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring schematics
• Knowledge of electrical safety protocols
• Experience with Distech, Carrier, Trane, Daikin, York, or related controls and HVAC systems
• Strong customer service skills; client-facing position
• Available for on-call emergency service as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain low voltage electrical systems
• Run wiring for systems including Cat 5/6, fiber optics, and control cabling
• Troubleshoot systems and perform diagnostic testing
• Respond to service calls and complete repair documentation
• Ensure compliance with codes and best practices for safety

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $40.00/hour (DOE)
