Offered Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $35.00–$55.00/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a licensed security technician
• Valid MA Systems Technician “D” License – required
• RI Low Voltage License – preferred
• Manufacturer certifications (Genetec, Software House, Milestone) – preferred
• Ability to pass a CORI check and obtain MA Certificate of Clearance
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service access control systems (e.g., Genetec, S2, Software House, Openpath)
• Install and maintain video surveillance solutions (e.g., Exacq, Milestone, American Dynamics)
• Install hardware such as readers, locks, exit devices, power supplies, and cabling
• Configure IP networks for integrated systems
• Maintain product certifications and keep up with evolving technologies
• Interpret and follow construction documentation and system schematics
• Communicate clearly with design teams, clients, and contractors
• Mentor and train apprentices while upholding high work standards
