We are seeking a motivated BAS Controls Technician to support the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of building automation systems for a well-established contractor in Wisconsin. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Technician
• Location: North Fond du Lac, WI
• Work Region: 70–80-mile radius – All within Wisconsin
• Status: Full-Time | Eligible for Overtime

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5+ years of experience in BAS installation or a related field
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls, lighting, and energy management systems
• Skilled in commissioning, startup, and Point-to-Point verification
• Familiar with system troubleshooting and minor programming adjustments
• Capable of overseeing subcontractors and working collaboratively with construction teams
• Comfortable participating in system “turn-over” and “close-out” meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Install controllers and field devices for HVAC and lighting control systems
• Perform functional testing and Point-to-Point commissioning
• Support system startup and ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical assistance and warranty service for completed installations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and end users
• Diagnose and resolve control system issues in both new construction and retrofit environments

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $36.54 – $44.65 (Equivalent to $75,000 – $90,000 annually)
