We are seeking a talented BAS Controls Programmer to take ownership of building automation programming and commissioning for high-performance facilities. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Programmer
• Location: North Fond du Lac, WI
• Work Environment: 80% Office | 20% Field
• Status: Full-Time | Eligible for Overtime

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5+ years of experience with BAS programming and integration
• Strong background configuring, programming, and deploying DDC controls
• Hands-on experience with BACnet, Modbus, and third-party integrations
• Capable of commissioning control systems, field testing, and calibration
• Experience developing graphical user interfaces and system front-ends
• Proficient with controller databases, logic sequences, alarm handling, and trending
• Comfortable delivering owner training and client documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and program controllers for BAS systems in commercial and institutional buildings
• Create and deploy network controller databases including control logic and trends
• Develop intuitive graphical interfaces for user control and monitoring
• Integrate third-party devices using BACnet, Modbus, or other open protocols
• Commission and start up systems, including physical device calibration
• Provide post-installation support and system tuning

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $93,000 – $109,700 (DOE)
