An established building automation and environmental controls firm is seeking a skilled Controls Programmer to support projects across the Columbus, Ohio region. This role involves a mix of in-field programming and office-based development, with a focus on Tridium platforms and HVAC system integration. Position Details:

• Title: Controls Programmer

• Status: Full-Time | Field & In-House Programming

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a Controls Programmer or Systems Specialist role
• Strong background in programming Tridium-based systems
• Ability to create control databases from scratch
• Proficient in troubleshooting existing BAS programs and developing new logic
• Effective communicator with technicians, PMs, and clients
• Knowledge of BACnet and other BAS communication protocols
• Familiar with HVAC systems and their integration with automation systems
• Comfortable visiting client sites to perform hands-on programming and support
• Capable of managing programs end-to-end and ensuring all project requirements are met

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom BAS programs or use prebuilt libraries
• Program and configure Tridium graphical interfaces
• Troubleshoot and update existing building automation systems
• Coordinate programming tasks with installation and commissioning teams
• Ensure all programs meet design and performance requirements
• Conduct on-site visits to deploy, verify, and test systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000–$100,000 (Based on experience)
