BAS Controls Specialist – Denver, CO – $85K–$145K + 10% Bonus – Data Center & Building Automation

A fast-growing leader in Data Center and Building Automation Solutions is hiring Mid- and Senior-Level BAS Controls Specialists for their Denver, CO team. This position involves approximately 30% travel to national data center hubs, supporting critical infrastructure across the U.S.

Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Specialist (Mid to Senior Level)
• Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid Field/Office Role)
• Travel: Approx. 30% (Ashburn, Atlanta, New York, Minneapolis, San Diego)
• Salary: $85,000–$145,000 + 10% Bonus (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission, troubleshoot, and rewrite control sequences for Tridium/Niagara systems (any BAS experience accepted)
• Service both open and proprietary BAS systems
• Perform device checkout and functional testing of installed systems
• Integrate using protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
• Install and program DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
• Terminate low-voltage wiring; label and document work accurately
• Calibrate sensors and actuators to ensure system performance
• Log test results and support system commissioning

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience with BAS systems; Tridium/Niagara experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with DDC controls, sensors, and network integration
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable with regional and national travel

Offered Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000–$145,000 DOE
• Annual Bonus: 10%
