A leading Data Center and Building Automation Solutions provider is hiring Mid- and Senior-Level BAS Controls Specialists for a stationary role at a key Data Center location in Lithia Springs, GA. This is a stable, on-site position with limited travel, supporting mission-critical systems in a high-performance environment.

Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Specialist (Mid to Senior Level)
• Location: Lithia Springs, GA – Stationary Data Center Site
• Travel: Limited – May occasionally travel to: Ashburn VA, Atlanta GA, NY, MN, CO, or CA
• Salary: $85,000–$125,000 + 10% Bonus (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara-based BAS systems (open to any platform experience)
• Service both open and proprietary building automation systems
• Conduct point-to-point device checkout and system verification
• Integrate systems using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP protocols
• Install, program, and calibrate DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and low-voltage panels
• Accurately terminate and label low-voltage cabling
• Document test results, commissioning activities, and updates
• Support long-term site performance and respond to service needs

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in building automation systems (Tridium/Niagara preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls logic
• Comfortable working full-time at a secure data center facility
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability
