About the Opportunity:

A large Tier-1 enterprise integration firm is seeking a skilled BAS Controls Specialist to join their Atlanta-based team. This company is known for delivering cutting-edge building automation solutions for major commercial buildings, data centers, and infrastructure projects. You'll be working on enterprise-level projects with the support of a strong internal team and great leadership.

Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Specialist
• Location: Atlanta, GA (Metro Area)
• Hourly Rate: $38 – $50/hr (DOE) + Overtime
• Tools Provided: Company Vehicle (or Allowance), Laptop, Phone, and Tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify and occasionally rewrite control sequences
• Commission, configure, and test Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Point-to-point checkouts and full system commissioning
• DDC programming (block-based or script-based)
• Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
• Integrate third-party protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.)
• Create custom graphics and user views
• Coordinate with subcontractors and delegate field work as needed
• Troubleshoot BAS controls and occasionally work with access/IP systems

Ideal Candidate:

• Field-ready with experience in commissioning, integration, and diagnostics
• Skilled in controls installation and retrofit projects
• Capable of working independently and leading small teams onsite
• Comfortable working in a client-facing role across multiple locations
