Job Details:

• Position: Controls Service Technician
• Location: Dallas, TX (95% local travel within Dallas/Fort Worth)
• Type: Full-time | Field-based | Non-union

Responsibilities:

• Service and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS) across various platforms
• Commission and conduct point-to-point checkout for HVAC control systems
• Program and reprogram sequences to ensure optimal system performance
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and updates on control systems and related equipment
• Maintain clear documentation of all work completed on-site
• Work collaboratively with end-users, contractors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• Experience as a Controls Service Technician or similar role in the BAS industry
• Knowledge of programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning BAS systems
• Hands-on experience with Reliable Controls (preferred), Schneider, or Delta systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Clean background and drug screening (required)
